El Imparcial was given new life in 1933 under the leadership of Antonio Ayuso Valdivieso.〔(''Three Centuries of Communications: Media, Technology, and Narratives in Puerto Rico: The 20th Centyr and the Communications Industry.'' ) Encyclopedia Puerto Rico.
